Nothing extra. The portal is included when you use EasyTull as your customs broker, with no set-up fee, licence or lock-in.
How do I get access to the portal?
Get in touch via the form, email or phone. We set your company up the same day and send a personal invitation to your email with a login link. You set your own password and can log in straight away.
What do I find in the portal?
All your cases with status, your customs declarations with their documents, the invoices from EasyTull, and an assignment form for new shipments and questions. Under Tools you create pro forma and commercial invoices, search HS codes and manage your article register.
Can my accountant or a colleague get their own login?
Yes. We add more users to your company, for example your finance department or accountant, so they can download declarations and invoices themselves at the VAT return or an audit.
How long are the declarations kept?
Swedish Customs requires supporting documents to be kept with the declaration for at least five years from the year after release. In the portal they stay available for as long as you are a customer, and you can download them whenever you like.
Does the portal work for trade with Norway?
Yes. Shipments to and from Norway are handled by EasyTull in Sweden and EasyToll in Norway, and you see both declarations in the same case.
Is my data secure?
The portal is linked to your company and your permissions, with personal logins and encryption. We handle the data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
