EasyTull was founded on a simple but important insight: small and medium-sized companies are forgotten by the big players. It can take days to get an answer, the price is unclear until the invoice arrives, and nobody tells you that the commodity code used for two years gives the wrong duty rate. The errors are only discovered at a post-clearance audit by Swedish Customs, and then you are the one who pays. Yet it is often precisely these companies that need support and guidance the most.
Large companies already have their own teams working on logistics and customs every day. Smaller ones do not. We exist for them.
We built EasyTull the other way round. Fast answers, fixed prices and the right commodity code from the start. We see every declaration as an opportunity to lower your costs, not just a paper to be filed. Hence the name EasyTull: we want to make customs as easy as possible.
Part of that promise is our customer portal. We believe transparency is a fundamental part of good service. Through the portal, customers follow their cases in real time, see historical declarations and download invoices directly, around the clock, without sending emails and waiting days for a reply. If your accountant needs a specific invoice, they log in and fetch it themselves, straight away. No waiting, no lost momentum.
